Turntable welding

As a welding specialist, we would like to introduce you to our service for rotary welding.

Rotary table welding is suitable for special welding geometry applications and delivers perfect welded constructions.

With the movable tilting console, we have the possibility to bring the workpiece into the desired welding position over a swivel range of 0 - 90° and can thus also produce complicated joints and angles.

The rotary movement takes place via a DC geared motor with worm gear and is controlled directly by an orbital system.

This gives you a uniform welding result in the shape you require.

Our rotary tables are used from a minimum nominal width of DN 10 and can weld both steel and stainless steel with a wall thickness from 1 mm.
