If the special surface quality of a metallic surface is important, you will not be able to avoid the POLIGART process. This process is used for contract polishing and contract deburring of materials and workpieces.

The process from Bavaria can be used to process a wide range of workpieces and materials.
For optimum results, material is removed from the surface using electrolytes specially adapted to the material.

In order to precisely implement the given specifications, a sample piece is machined before the actual processing. If the desired properties are not yet sufficient for the intended use, adjustments can still be made at this stage.

With the POLIGRAT process, we can process workpieces with usable dimensions of up to 1200 x 700 x 500 mm.
