CNC tube bending

Mandrel bending machines with computer control are now state of the art in this process.
Using 3D design software, the entire system is completely pre-planned one-to-one on the computer.
The software calculates the exact length, bending radius and angle of the pipe sections to be produced.
The mandrel bending machine implements the computer specifications exactly.
Bending creases are smoothed out during CNC mandrel bending with the help of precision tools. In this way, even tight bending radii are possible without material defects in the bent tube.

Pipes up to 6 meters long with a diameter of 60 mm and a constant bending radius can be bent by our high-performance CNC pipe bending machines.

The technology of the machines prevents the tube from springing back, so that the finished system parts remain dimensionally stable and accurate.
