Corporate goals

Our general corporate goals, which have to an extent already been touched upon in our mission statement, have been set out by our management:

• Satisfied clients in terms of advice, product quality and service
• Satisfied employees in the team through open and fair communication
• Positive project results to ensure our existence, in particular as regards maintaining our innovation competency

Quality and HSE policy

Our management has defined the quality and HSE policy for our company by stipulating the following goals:

• Top priority is the satisfaction of our clients ( Only satisfied clients remain loyal to us and recommend us to others )
• Adherence to statutory provisions, in particular also environmental regulations
• Guaranteeing work safety, preventing or at least minimising accidents and work-related illnesses
• Promoting an ability to act independently among every employee . (Without qualified and motivated employees, our company has no future)

Consequently, our management expects our employees to be willing to provide their services at all times, ongoing willingness to continue improving themselves, independent action and entrepreneurial thinking.

Dealing with all employees should always be on a partner basis, and open and fair.

Management is determined to secure a future for our company and our employees. The aim is to achieve this together, through strict compliance with the above goals and constant, yet controlled growth.
